Our approach is different. We believe that we can ‘handyman’ the comfort and value back into your home. Every property is different, but some examples of the type of things we do are:
- Ensure all the doors in your property hang and shut smoothly
- Fix stiff sash windows and repair damage both internally and externally
- Clean bricks and re-point mortar on the outside of the property
- Repair cracks in walls and provide different levels of decorating
- Repair external down pipes and guttering; remove leaves from guttering
- Maintain and clean soffit boards
- Replace worn or discoloured silicon or grout
- Change or add locks to properties
- Hang pictures and assemble furniture
- Hang flat-screen TV’s
- Put up shelves

Reasonable Handyman Prices
We believe our prices are reasonable and so do our existing clients. We charge hourly rates for smaller jobs and will always give an estimate of hours required in advance.
For larger jobs we will give you a fixed price quote for time and materials, allowing you to budget for the work that needs undertaking.
